Cancellations + Rescheduling

In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require a 48 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel, your appointment with less than 48hr notice, a $25 per scheduled service fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

Late Policy

In order to accomodate all of my guests adequately and efficiently, timeliness is of the utmost importance. Please be advised, you will be considered late after 15 minutes at the start of the appointment time. I will always do my best to accommodate you. However if you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to complete your entire service or you may be required to reschedule.

Service Redo + Retail Return

 I strive to offer my guests the highest level satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.

No Shows

What if I miss my appointment and do not contact you to let you know I won't make it?

Unfortunately, when I don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, they end up with a gap in their schedule that they lose money on. If an appointment is "no-showed", 50% of the cost services missed will be due before the you are able to reschedule.
